As our team continues to grow, we're seeking an Art Director with expertise in Photoshop and Midjourney to bring stunning viral ideas to life through astonishing CGI videos for global social media campaigns

What you'll be doing:

Developing innovative creative concepts tailored to clients' goals
Work closely with clients, refining concepts in line with their feedback, all in English
Create compelling presentations with descriptions, references, and storyboards alongside a sketch artist.
Draft technical specs for shoots, assist in shot selection, and support the team during production
Prepare detailed briefs covering both art direction and CGI aspects for seamless project execution
Keep up with the latest trends in advertising, brand communications, and festivals
Conduct masterclasses within the team to elevate the creative team's visual literacy and skills.

What we expect from the candidate:

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in tools like ChatGPT/Midjourney, Miro/Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema4D / Blender / Houdini
Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
Deep knowledge in creative field and advertising on social media with strong visual literacy
Ability to think both conceptually and visually, be able to visualize ideas and concepts
Ability to clearly articulate and share your vision with the team
Always be in tune with upcoming trends, memes, bringing fresh ideas to the table for clients and team :)
