Influence marketing manager (Europe, USA)

• Develop a targeted influencer collaboration strategy, focusing on increasing brand awareness and influencer-related sales

• Establish initial contacts with influencers, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.

• Create and execute creative campaigns to promote the products via influencers

• Coordinate all campaign stages, from planning through implementation and post-campaign analysis.

• Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for each campaign.

• Coordinated content releases to adhere to campaign schedules
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, DMs, and interacting with relevant posts to build a loyal community
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to keep our Social media presence fresh and relevant

• Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing in English

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in negotiations and contract management.

• Knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific influencer dynamics.

• Proficient in photography and video editing

• Fluency in English

• German, Polish, French or other European language skills are an advantage

• DIY, hobby or creative niche experience is an advantage
