What You’ll Be Doing: As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you'll play an essential role in supporting our operations and client success. You will work closely with the onboarding&sales team to ensure smooth clients onboarding and accurate data management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Microsoft Ads Account Onboarding: Creating and verifying advertising accounts for clients

Troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues with Microsoft Ads support: Ensuring account compliance and proper documentation

CRM Operations: Maintaining and updating client information in the CRM system Assisting with client analytics, tracking performance, and organizing data

Reporting & Analysis: Processing performance reports Identifying gaps and trends in data Comparing performance metrics and preparing key takeaways for internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

Professional English proficiency – both written and spoken (B2+/C1 level or higher)

Basic experience with advertising platforms such as Microsoft Ads and/or Google Ads

Familiarity with account setup, issue identification, and key performance indicators

Proficient in Microsoft Excel: Ability to use formulas and analytical tools to interpret data
